Experience with Maximo, Java, .NET/C#, AI tools is a plus.\nThis position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT Training Plan.\nCore Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and process workflows\nConfigure Maximo and its mobile application using variety of programming languages\nFacilitate workshops, technical reviews, and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions\nMonitor system performance and recommend enhancements for reliability, efficiency, and scalability\nAssist in planning, road mapping, and analyzing technology components for vendor support and cybersecurity compliance\nMaintain and support applications, including but not limited to Maximo Asset Management\nReport critical issues, troubleshoot client problems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors\nConduct incident triage, remediation, root cause analysis, and recommend preventive actions\nStrengthen business relationships and communications, lead discussions, and proactively raise issues\nPerform other related and assignments as required\nRequired Education/Experience\nBachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant full-time work experience or\nAssociate's Degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant full-time work experience or\nHigh School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 5 years of relevant full-time work experience\nPreferred Education/Experience\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and a minimum of 3 years of full-time relevant work experience in software development, enterprise systems analysis, SQL/API design, application support, and AI/GenAI solutions\nRelevant Work Experience\n Ability to drive operational excellence, support compliance requirements, and enable effective work management through system and process improvements, required\n Working knowledge of SQL for back-end development and/or API design, required\n Working knowledge of .NET/C# for back-end development and API design, preferred\n A minimum of 2 years of software development experience building production web and mobile applications and backend services, ideally in work and asset management, preferred\n A minimum of 2 years of business or technical analysis experience supporting enterprise solutions, ideally in work and asset management, preferred\n Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools or technologies is a plus.
