In addition, you stock the inventory in the appropriate location and build kits for work in process. All duties are performed in accordance with Conair’s safety philosophy, policies as well as airside regulations.\nIn this role your duties will include the following:\nDeliver and pick up goods and inventory from stores locations and overhaul shops;\nBuild kits for stock or work order allocation following a Bill of Materials (B.O.M.); \nStock goods; in stores locations, the production floor roto bins and parts cabinets;\nAssist with regular inventory counts, cycle counts;\nIssue parts, tools, and materials over the Stores counter;\nEnsure all products that are covered by WHMIS are handled and controlled as outlined in the WHMIS handbook;\nEnsure all Supply Chain storage areas opened, are secured before leaving the area;\nWe are looking for someone with:\nElementary knowledge of aircraft parts, tools, equipment and supplies;\nElementary knowledge of policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the stores department;\n Must be familiar with equipment used for the control of inventory, e.g. computer, Bar-coding;\nMust be able to communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal;\nMust be familiar with hazardous spills response/reporting procedure and WHIMIS rules and regulations;\nAbility to lift and carry parts and equipment up to 50lbs (23kg).\nAbility to work shifts as the need arises;\nAbility to deal with people in a professional and courteous manner and participated in a team environment;\nAbility to operate a forklift.\nTraining/Education:\nHold a valid class 5 or higher BC Driver’s License;\n Experience operating a delivery style van safely including backing up and changing lanes with external mirrors;\nExtensive experience operating forklifts;\nExperience or training in the Transportation of Dangerous Goods;\nExperience properly securing loads preferred.","description_format":"text","description_chars":2175,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"All levels","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-01T21:37:11Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":9,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.331,"p_room":0.28,"age_days":79,"expected_fill_days":21,"reasons":["conf:18","win:tail","crowd:"],"computed_at":"2026-10-03T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/conair-stores-helperdriver","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/conair-stores-helperdriver.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-04T00:44:38Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":899,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":4101,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-05T00:00:00Z"}}}
