What We Are Looking For: We are seeking a skilled Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Sterling Summerland in Las Vegas, NV. As part of our maintenance team, you'll play a crucial role by assisting with overseeing apartment community maintenance and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the community meet CONAM’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
