This position is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings of multi-family residential apartments. Pay range: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour\nKey Responsibilities:\nComplete assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor and assist during the turn process\nInspect the community throughout the day to remove debris, and ensure all common areas and amenities are always neat and free of litter, (including but not limited to; lawns, planting beds, parking areas, sidewalks, ramps, hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and other common interior areas).\nRemove debris and remaining items from vacant units prior to starting the make-ready process, transfer trash to dumpster or storage area as applicable, and clean and maintain storage areas.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWho You Are: (Requirements of the Position)\nWe are looking for someone with a passion for helping residents to maintain their exterior living environment & keeping the canvas of the community clean and beautiful.\n1+ years of grounds experience preferred\nDemonstrated excellence in customer relations and interpersonal communications\nAbility to establish priorities, work independently, and multi-task effectively\nStrong attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills\nAbility to work as part of a team\nMust be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.\nWhy You'll Love Working Here:\nCONAM Management Corporation is more than just a job - it’s a career where you can grow and be recognized for your expertise in Property Management.
