This role requires Marin-area residency to ensure timely, hands-on service across all three locations. The ideal candidate brings solid general maintenance and repair skills along with the organization and follow-through to keep routine property operations running smoothly, working under the direction of the Property and Facilities Manager.\nYou will support property systems oversight, general repairs and maintenance, vendor coordination, and vehicle upkeep for estate vehicles.
