This position requires working onsite at our client's office in Seattle, WA.\nJOB DESCRIPTION\nProvide executive protection and secure transportation services for a designated principal. Operate as part of an embedded security team to ensure the principal's safety, privacy, and freedom of movement while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and client service at the workplace, during travel, and at scheduled engagements.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nCommunicate with the principal, co-workers, management, clients, and external partners in a professional, courteous, and discreet manner.\nComply with all applicable laws, regulations, company policies, client protocols, and operational procedures.\nProvide executive protection services to the principal, ensuring their safety, security, privacy, and freedom of movement through a low-profile, customer service-oriented approach.\nProvide secure transportation for the principal as assigned, including route planning, vehicle inspections, defensive driving, and advance preparation.\nConduct protective advances, site assessments, and route reconnaissance to identify and mitigate potential risks before movements, meetings, and events.\nMaintain a protective presence at the principal's residence, workplace, hotels, and other assigned locations, monitoring access points, alarm systems, surveillance equipment, and surrounding activity as appropriate.\nMaintain constant situational awareness by identifying, assessing, and responding appropriately to potential threats, suspicious activity, security incidents, medical emergencies, and other evolving situations.\nCoordinate effectively with other Executive Protection personnel, residential security teams, corporate security, venue staff, and emergency responders to ensure seamless protective operations.\nMaintain assigned vehicles, communications equipment, medical equipment, and other protective assets in a state of operational readiness.\nComplete accurate and timely post logs, incident reports, shift handover notes, and other required documentation.\nSafeguard sensitive information and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times.\nPerform other duties as assigned in support of the executive protection program.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nValid Washington State driver's license (or ability to obtain one within the required timeframe) with a clean driving record.\nValid Washington State Armed Security Guard License (or ability to obtain prior to assignment) or WA Armed PI License AND CCW (WA) or HR218.Current firearms qualification and demonstrated proficiency with assigned duty weapon.\n\nTwo or more years of experience in executive protection, armed protective services, law enforcement, military, or a related protective security role.\nAbility to exercise sound judgment, remain calm under pressure, and make effective decisions in dynamic environments.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nFormal Executive Protection and/or Protective Driving certification from a recognized training provider.\nCurrent First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.\nExperience providing protection for corporate executives or high-profile principals.\nExperience conducting protective advances, route planning, and travel security operations.\nTactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC), Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC), or equivalent medical training.\nCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS\nThe HSA medical plan covers 100% of the premium for employee-only coverage. The PPO medical plan requires an employee contribution for employee-only coverage.
