The Supervisor will ensure appropriate staffing, adherence to procedures, quality of reporting, and effective response to security incidents affecting employees, operations, global assets, and the brand, 24/7.\nThe JSOC Supervisor will support the training and development of team members, review operational performance, and serve as an escalation point for complex or significant events. The threats and critical incidents that the JSOC tracks, disseminates, and manages include political instability, violence, travel alerts, health concerns, man-made or natural disasters, internal threats or technical failures.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nSupervise JSOC personnel and daily operations across all shifts.\nMaintain appropriate staffing levels and shift coverage.\nEnsure JSOC personnel adhere to established procedures and emergency response protocols.\nReview JSOC reporting for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.\nServe as an escalation point for complex or significant events and determine appropriate actions to resolve them.\nSupport the training and development of Operators and Leads.\nReview the operational performance of JSOC personnel and provide feedback.\nEscalate significant incidents and operational issues to the JSOC Operations Manager.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree in criminal justice, international security, political science, or a related field.\nMilitary service or prior experience working in a JSOC, GSOC or similar operations center may be substituted for educational requirements.\nMinimum of 4 years of experience working in a JSOC, GSOC or similar operations center, including at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nPreferred: 5 years of demonstrated experience doing the following:Supervising operations center personnel\nManaging staffing and shift coverage\nReviewing team performance and providing feedback\nTraining and developing team members\nManaging escalations of complex or significant incidents\nEnsuring quality and consistency of operational reporting\n\nCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS\nThe HSA medical plan covers 100% of the premium for employee-only coverage.
