What you will do in this role

As an Account Manager on our team, you will:

- Use CRM to contact, qualify accounts and generate opportunities

- Ensure daily, weeklyand monthly KPIs are hit, activity and performance (calls, accounts contacted, revenue generated and confirmed)

- Update CRM with all communication and as per standards expected.

- Follow up on accounts and ensure regular communication is maintained.

- Participatein sales activities (call storms, industry focus, hotel focus etc.)

- Ensure all opportunities (meetings & events and group accommodation) are qualified and followed up as per standards, both with clients and hotels

- Have an upselling approach when dealing with clients.

- Provide chain wide discounts based on client requirements and follow up on usage by client

- Offer alternative solutions upon no availability of hotels

- Assist with business travel queries as well as individual queries when required

- Work on external lists when requiredon other platforms as provide

- Are bilingual or proficient in German with advanced English level

- Have great organization and communication skills

- Have positive work attitude

- Have experience in using office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

- Have sales background

- Have hospitality background (beneficial but not mandatory)

- Have experience in using CRMs (beneficial but not mandatory)
