work, enhanced controls and compliance, customer satisfaction, etc. \nEnsure that processes are compliant with the global standards and SOX controls \nMeet or exceed targets as pre-determined on the performance scorecard \nCollaborate and maintain strong business engagement with other verticals like \nGlobal processes, Controllership, Finance, Tax, Employee expenses, Accounts payable and Accounts receivable teams \nAny other function as may be delegated by immediate lead (supervisor) \nCandidate Profile\nGraduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related Finance courses. \nOverall professional experience in accounting of at least 5 years, particularly in areas of General Ledger/Record-to-Report \nExperience working in a shared services environment or BPO industry \nHas an eye for continuous process improvement, lean six sigma training/certification is a plus \nProficient in Microsoft Office. \nStrong attention to detail \nSelf-starter, has sense of urgency, and works well
