In this role, you will build LLM-powered applications, develop scalable RAG-based architectures, and integrate AI capabilities into cloud-native solutions that help solve complex business challenges.\nYou will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, product teams, and engineering teams to transform ideas into secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and deploy GenAI and LLM-powered applications for enterprise use cases.\nBuild, optimize, and maintain RAG-based solutions using embeddings, vector search, semantic search, and retrieval pipelines.\nDevelop agentic AI capabilities using tool/function calling, workflow orchestration, and intelligent automation patterns.\nIntegrate AI services with enterprise systems through REST APIs, cloud services, and scalable integration patterns.\nDevelop cloud-native applications and services on Azure, including Azure Function Apps, API Management, and related services.\nWork with Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, or equivalent enterprise AI and search platforms.\nSupport end-to-end deployment activities, including design, development, testing, release, monitoring, and optimization.\nCollaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements, recommend solution approaches, and deliver innovative AI capabilities.\nTroubleshoot technical issues, improve system performance, and apply strong analytical thinking to solve complex engineering challenges.\nStay current with emerging GenAI tools, frameworks, and engineering practices to continuously improve solution quality and delivery.\nQualifications\nStrong Python development skills with a solid foundation in software engineering principles.\nHands-on experience designing and developing GenAI and LLM-based applications.\nExperience building RAG solutions using embeddings, vector search, semantic search, and retrieval-augmented architectures.\nPractical experience with agentic AI, tool/function calling, and workflow orchestration.\nExperience with Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or an equivalent enterprise AI platform.\nExperience with Azure AI Search or equivalent vector/search technologies.\nExperience developing and integrating REST APIs with enterprise systems.\nExperience building cloud-native applications on Azure, including Azure Function Apps, API Management, or related services.\nStrong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams in a collaborative delivery environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and/or Power Platform.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Agent Framework, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.\nUnderstanding of MCP and multi-agent architectures.\nExperience with Databricks, MLflow, Spark, Snowflake, or similar data and analytics platforms.\nExperience with Azure Document Intelligence.\nFamiliarity with LLM observability, testing, evaluation, monitoring, and governance platforms.\nExperience with React,
