(ETL/ELT, architecture, pipeline orchestration) with front-end activities (dashboarding and Power Platform solutions).\n Process Automation: Integrate RPA tools (UiPath or equivalent) into existing workflows to streamline cross-system data processes.\nAutonomous AI Initiatives: Scrape requirements, scope, and deliver emerging Agentic AI projects independently.\nEnd-to-End Ownership: Lead project delivery lifecycle from initial scoping and requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.\nGlobal Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple continents and time zones in fluent English.\nRequired Qualifications\n Mandatory Experience: Direct, hands-on background in both Data Engineering and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).\nProject Leadership: Proven ability to take complete ownership of complex data projects end-to-end.\nCommunication: Business-level English fluency for daily interaction with international stakeholders.\n Mindset:
