Responsible for managing, building, and developing strategic client relationship through a balanced level of engagement with Sales Director and external facing client.You Have:\n1.5+ years proven work experience leading a B2B Sales team\nFluent in English is a must, B2 minimum\nExperience in operations and strategy building\nExcellent Coaching history\nA record of developing and retaining great employees\nExperience maximizing revenue through best practices\nExperience in Microsoft programs like Word, Outlook and PowerPoint\nExperience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM\nExperience finding solutions as a manager\nA passion for customer experience and driving team results\nChange Management skills\nPreferred:\nLeading sales teams in a sales development motion.\nPrevious experience in sales teams for SaaS/Cloud products.\nYou Will:\nLead the team to achieve specific business targets and meet assigned performance targets weekly/monthly/quarterly, ensuring high customer satisfaction\nProvide accurate ongoing sales forecasting and ensure data recorded in the CRM is accurate and up-to-date\nBe an enabler to remove roadblocks and help team to resolve challenges to support sales opportunities\nMonitor and drive team call time and productivity and conduct weekly performance reviews and weekly coaching sessions with all team members\nAnalyze data, performance and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practice for client/specific territories\nStay current on developments in client services and within the market and ensure the team is informed on the latest trends and market direction\nBe a point of escalation for our clients and respond promptly to any issues\nMaintain a balanced level of communication with Sales Director and external facing client to ensure strategic client relationship is fostered and developed\nWork with client contact on reporting and forecasting\nEnsure team understanding to achieve operating plan targets, sales targets and client performance targets (CPTs)\nWork with internal functional resources and external partners to develop a coaching platform\nCoordinate team incentives and Sales Performance Incentive Funds\nPartner and build business relationships with all partners to ensure customer expectations are met\nWork with teams and management to improve sales processes and achieve a positive customer experience\nLead team to buying/renewal process to achieve greater client satisfaction\nLocation:\nCOL Bogota -
