This position analyzes existing projects, provides consultation on reporting decisions, and assists in building processes as well as developing improved reports.Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities\nProduce ad hoc reports, trending data, and respond to client inquiries\nProvide consultation to business leaders on reporting needs, trend analysis and report improvement opportunities\nCoordinate the implementation of reporting processes\nDevelop new reports/graphs, production schedules, and additions/deletions from existing reports\nUtilize new data sources for report development\nCommunicate with project managers to understand client report needs\nProduce and verify daily electronic reports using reporting tools\nDistribute reports to internal and external clients via e-mail and electronic feeds\nMaintain existing reports as well as monthly and year-to-date summaries\nDevelop trending reports on a request basis\nCandidate Profile\nBachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with two to four years of relevant experience preferred\nExperience with call center business and computer support systems preferred\nKnowledge of database technology, including Oracle or familiarity with SQL\nDemonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables\nDemonstrated knowledge of reporting solutions\nDemonstrated ability to advocate reporting solutions in support of customer business goals and strategies\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal\nProficient in Microsoft Office\nSelf-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure.\nStrong attention to detail.\nSense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships.\nCareer Framework Role\nRequires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
