application\n Willingness to commute to our site located in CDMX, Insurgentes (near by Poliforum)\nA passion for customer experience and driving team results\nExperience in operations (BPO) and strategy building\nExcellent Coaching history\nA record of developing and retaining great employees\nExperience maximizing revenue through best practices\nExperience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM\nExperience finding solutions as a manager\nChange Management skills\nYou will:\nProvide accurate ongoing sales forecasting and ensure data recorded in the CRM is accurate and up-to-date\nBe an enabler to remove roadblocks and help team to resolve challenges to support sales opportunities\nMonitor and drive team call time and productivity and conduct weekly performance reviews and weekly coaching sessions with all team members\nAnalyze data, performance and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practice for client/specific territories\nStay current on developments in client services and within the market and ensure the team is informed on the latest trends and market\nBe a point of escalation for our clients and respond promptly to any issues\nMaintain a balanced level of communication with Sales Director and external facing client to ensure strategic client relationship is fostered and developed\nWork with client contact on reporting and forecasting\nEnsure team understanding to achieve operating plan targets, sales targets and client performance targets (CPTs)\nWork with client contact on reporting and
