Auxiliar de prevención de pérdidas - Querétaro

Job Description

El Representante Principal de Seguridad Física es responsable de supervisar y aplicar programas de seguridad física basados en normas, políticas y procedimientos de seguridad física y servicios en los centros asignados. Este puesto gestiona las operaciones diarias de seguridad física, el cumplimiento, la investigación, las auditorías y la formación, y es responsable de implantar y gestionar un programa de concienciación sobre seguridad para los empleados.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Llevar a cabo auditorías de los lugares asignados en relación con los puntos mencionados y comunicar las observaciones al equipo de operaciones de seguridad (supervisor de operaciones de seguridad y oficial superior/gerente).
  • Diferentes políticas y procedimientos relacionados con la seguridad, servicios estándar y normas específicas del cliente
  • Normas específicas del sector, como PCI DSS, FFIEC, HIPAA, SOC2, etc.
  • Ayudar a crear planes de formación para abordar las lagunas observadas y garantizar que las operaciones de seguridad física del sitio/sitios asignados
  • Mantener las relaciones con los proveedores de servicios de seguridad y sistemas para garantizar que los servicios de mantenimiento y actualización de sistemas se prestan a tiempo.
  • Coordinación y realización de simulacros semestrales de evacuación en caso de incendio en los centros.
  • Gestionar todos los contratos de mantenimiento de los sistemas de seguridad para toda la tecnología de seguridad instalada y por instalar en todas las sedes.
  • Garantizar la formación y las conexiones del personal de seguridad, los vigilantes de planta, el personal de seguridad y los nuevos empleados

Requisitos:

  • Secundaria terminada.
  • Experiencia no necesaria.
  • Pago semanal.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office Básico.
  • Buenas dotes de comunicación; capaz de comprender y dar instrucciones relacionadas con la seguridad.
  • Capacidad para explicar observaciones de auditoría y enseñar correcciones.
  • Firme pero respetuoso.
