What you will do in this role

As aCustomer Service Representative on our team, you will:

- Answer customer inquiries via email and telephone in an efficient,professionaland friendly manner.

- Make customers feel safe and welcome when they are in contact with us.

- Follow the guidelines and processes set up by the bank.

Your qualifications

- Havegood communication, written and listening skills

It would be a plus if:

- Havepreviousexperience in invoicing, bank or collection industry is good to have, but nota must- as you will get relevant training in the field
