This is acustomer-facing, consulting-oriented role that combines deep technical expertise with strategic advisory skills to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing business applications across global engagements.\nKey Responsibilities\n Solution Architecture & DesignArchitect end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights.\nDesign integrations with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and external systems.\nEnsure adherence to best practices for performance, scalability, and security.\n\n Deployment & OptimizationLead CRM infrastructure installation, configuration, and cloud migration.\nPerform environment health assessments, performance tuning, and data recovery planning.\nDrive upgrades across CRM versions (CRM 2015+ to Dynamics 365 Online).\n\nCustomer EngagementAct as a trusted advisor to technical decision-makers and business stakeholders.\nConduct design workshops, proof-of-concepts, and technical training sessions.\nAlign solutions with customer success plans and business outcomes.\n\n Governance & Lifecycle ManagementImplement Power Platform governance and Center of Excellence practices.\nManage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for CRM and Power Platform solutions.\n\nRequired Skills\n Technical ExpertiseDeep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform.\nProficiency in CRM customization (data model, forms, views), JavaScript, C# .NET, plugins, workflows.\nStrong understanding of SQL, IIS, networking, and client-side troubleshooting.\n\nConsulting & DeliveryExperience in customer-facing roles with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.\n\nCertificationsAdvanced Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform are highly desirable.\n\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience authoring technical training and leading
