The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, lead discovery and requirements gathering, analyze data to identify meaningful insights, and connect business and technical teams around practical, outcome-focused solutions.\nDeep technical implementation expertise is not required, but the candidate should be comfortable working with data, familiar with digital analytics and visualization platforms, quick to learn new tools, and able to translate complex analytical and technical concepts into clear business recommendations.\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, connecting analytics capabilities with business, marketing, customer experience, and digital transformation goals.\n\nLead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements-gathering activities to identify business needs, risks, dependencies, and opportunities.\n\nAnalyze digital, marketing, customer journey, and performance data to identify trends, gaps, patterns, and actionable insights.\n\nTranslate business objectives into measurement frameworks, use cases, KPIs, reporting requirements, and solution recommendations.\n\nEvaluate data quality, tracking issues, reporting gaps, and available evidence before making recommendations.\n\nCreate and interpret reports, dashboards, visualizations, and client-ready documentation that make complex information easy to understand and act on.\n\nPartner with analytics engineers, developers, solution architects, marketers, and subject matter experts to translate business needs into practical data collection, tagging, reporting, and measurement solutions.\n\nCommunicate findings, options, trade-offs, risks, and next steps clearly to business, technical, and executive audiences.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience in business analysis, digital analytics, marketing analytics, analytics consulting, customer experience, or a related discipline.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.\n\nExperience using data to answer business questions and support strategic or operational decisions.\n\nFamiliarity with digital analytics, reporting, visualization, tag management, experimentation, personalization, or customer data platform concepts and tools, such as Adobe Analytics, GA4, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Adobe Data Collection, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Target, Optimizely, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Tealium, or similar platforms.\n\nStrong client-facing, presentation, facilitation, requirements-gathering, and stakeholder-management skills.\n\nAbility to translate complex business, analytical, and technical concepts into clear recommendations and practical next steps.\n\nCritical thinker with intellectual curiosity, creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to challenge assumptions.\n\nAbility to quickly learn unfamiliar tools, industries, concepts, and client environments.\n\nAdaptability in changing environments, shifting priorities, emerging technologies, and situations where information may be incomplete.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with a clear focus on business outcomes.\n\nAdvanced / Fluent English is required.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nHands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, GA4, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics Workspace, Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar platforms.\n\nExperience supporting digital transformation, customer journey optimization, marketing effectiveness, measurement, experimentation, personalization, or analytics adoption initiatives.\n\nConsulting experience in an agency, professional services, or client-facing environment.\n\nExperience presenting analytical findings and strategic recommendations to clients or executive leadership.\n\nFamiliarity with
