The role partners closely with eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Amazon, Salesand Brand teams to deliver compelling content that is visually engaging, commercially effective\nand technically compliant.\nKey Responsibilities\nDirect-to-Consumer (DTC) Digital Design\nDesign homepage hero banners, promotional graphics, and campaign creative that drive engagement and conversion.\nCreate and maintain landing pages within established website design systems.\nDevelop seasonal campaigns, product launch content, and promotional web experiences.\nProduce product feature graphics, buying guides, comparison pages, and other conversion-focused website assets.\nOptimize creative assets for desktop and mobile experiences, ensuring consistency across devices and platforms.\nAmazon & Online Retail Partner Content\nCreate digital assets for online retailer partners including:\nCreate Amazon A+ Content\nDesign Amazon Brand Store pages\nProduce enhanced product imagery\nCreate feature and benefit graphics\nDevelop lifestyle imagery compositions\nRetail-specific product graphics\nSeasonal campaigns\nDigital Asset Production & Localization\nAdapt, resize, and version creative assets across multiple formats and channels.\nLocalize creative for EMEA markets while maintaining brand consistency.\nPrepare web-optimised imagery.\nMaintain organized asset libraries.\nWork within existing design systems, templates, and brand guidelines.\nEnsure consistency across all channels.\nAccessibility & Quality Assurance\nApply accessibility best practices, including WCAG and ADA standards.\nEnsure appropriate color contrast, readability, and inclusive design principles.\nCreate responsive layouts optimized for a variety of devices and screen sizes.\nProof and review artwork before publication.\nConduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance.\nEssential Skills & Experience\nStrong portfolio demonstrating excellence in digital and eCommerce design.\nAdvanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.\n Demonstrated experience creating conversion-focused digital content within a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) eCommerce environment.\nStrong understanding of customer journeys, user behavior, and digital best practices.\nExcellent typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy skills.\nExperience working within design systems and brand guidelines.\nExperience creating conversion-focused digital content for eCommerce platforms, marketplaces or online retailers\nExceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills in English C1 level.\nExperience with MS Office/Google Workspace. \nExperience using Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.\nPreferred Skills & Experience\nExperience creating Amazon A+ Content, Amazon Brand Store pages, and Amazon PDP imagery.\nFamiliarity with Asana or similar project management tools.\nExperience working with Content Management Systems (CMS).\nKnowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices (WCAG/ADA).\nExperience supporting international markets\nFamiliarity with AI-powered creative and productivity tools.\nExperience with Adobe After Effects \nWhat We Offer\nAt Concentrix, we believe great work starts with great people.
