The ideal candidate is a technical leader capable of architecting and delivering high-quality mobile experiences across multiple restaurant brands. You will be responsible for defining and implementing scalable engineering practices, building reusable components, and driving a consistent mobile technology strategy across both iOS and Android platforms. In this role, you will work closely with product, UX, QA, backend, and business stakeholders to translate brand and customer needs into reliable, performant, and scalable mobile applications.\nKey Responsibilities\nArchitecture and Development: Lead the design and hands-on delivery of mobile applications using React Native. Ensure all solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise goals.\n\nMulti-Brand Strategy: Architect mobile experiences for multiple restaurant brands. Balance shared capabilities with the specific requirements of each brand to ensure a tailored customer experience.\n\nEngineering Excellence: Define and implement coding standards, architecture patterns, and development best practices to improve team efficiency and technical governance.\n\nReusable Components: Drive the development and adoption of reusable modules and shared frameworks to reduce redundancy and accelerate feature delivery across the mobile portfolio.\n\nTechnical Leadership: Provide hands-on contribution through development, code reviews, and debugging. Mentor engineers and guide the technical direction of the team.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, designers, QA, and backend teams in an agile environment to ensure smooth integration, testing, and release planning.\n\nPerformance and Quality: Monitor and improve application performance, stability, and reliability.
