The Lead Project Manager is expected to balance technical understanding with financial management, client interaction, and detailed project oversight within a structured PMO environment.\nResponsibilities:\nUnderstand and leverage technology solutions to meet client business objectives.\nManage projects involving AI, GenAI, contact center solutions (CCaaS), and customer experience technologies like voice/chat bots.\nProactive managements of project budgets, revenue forecasts, and financial reporting.\nEnsure projects are completed on time and within budget.\nCommunicate effectively with strategic clients to understand needs and ensure project satisfaction.\nServe as the overall project lead for successful project completion.\nOversee multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring prioritization and alignment across various groups.\nMaintain accuracy and quality in project deliverables and processes.\nAdhere to Project Management Office standards and methodologies for consistent project management practices.\nQualifications:\n English proficiency: Verbal C2.\nExperience in project management life cycle, waterfall model, agile, and strategic planning.\nFamiliarity with Budgeting, Change Management, Client Engagement, Finance, and Communication.\nProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Project/Planner, Office 365, Teams Premium (AI features), and Copilot\nAbility to manage cloud contact center operations and implementations across multiple CCaaS platforms (NiCE CXone, AWS Connect Customer, Genesys Cloud,
