Workforce Planning & Forecasting\nPartner with Recruitment Operations and Talent Sourcing to forecast required team headcount.\nBuild predictive models for hiring volume, ramp timelines, and attrition impact.\nSupport headcount planning and capacity modeling.\n3. Process Optimization\nIdentify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes through analytics.\nRecommend data-backed improvements to sourcing strategy, screening, and selection workflows.\nDrive automation and system utilization to reduce manual trackers and improve data visibility.\n4. Stakeholder Partnership\nAct as strategic advisor to Talent Acquisition leaders.\nPresent insights and recommendations to senior leadership.\nSupport governance reporting and compliance tracking.\n5.
