The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across functions and marketsKey Responsibilities\nProvide general marketing, administrative, and reporting support to the Retail Marketing team as needed.\nMonitor project timelines, follow up on deliverables, and support cross-functional alignment.\nAssist in creating and updating planograms in collaboration with trade, sales, and visual merchandising teams.\nAssist in developing creative briefs in collaboration with brand teams, follow-up on artwork development and approvals.\nCoordinate and track product and marketing material shipments to internal teams, retail partners, and event locations.\nOrganize and manage seeding shipments, including product selection, packaging, and shipment coordination.\nSupport preparation and logistics for tradeshows and retail events, including materials, samples, and booth\norganization.\nManage translation workflows for marketing content, ensuring accurate delivery and timely approvals.\nMaintain shared documents, guidelines, and marketing asset libraries.\nExperience/Technical Skills\nExperience as Administrator, Office Assistant or Project Coordinator\nProven organizational and multitasking abilities.\nStrong communication skills;
