In this role, you will design, assess, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, System Center Configuration Manager, and Intune environments while helping customers achieve their endpoint management goals. You will partner directly with technical teams and customer leadership to deliver practical guidance, reliable solutions, and measurable outcomes. This is a bilingual English role.\nResponsibilities\nWork directly with customers as a consultant, technical advisor, and trusted infrastructure expert.\nDesign, deploy, review, and assess the health of MECM/SCCM infrastructure and client environments.\nUpgrade, update, maintain, and troubleshoot SCCM hierarchy components.\nDiagnose and resolve issues across MECM/SCCM infrastructure, clients, software updates, task sequences, and related endpoint management services.\nTune and optimize SCCM environments for performance, reliability, and scalability.\nAssist customers with reporting needs using SCCM reporting capabilities, SSRS, and/or Power BI.\nSupport setup, configuration, planning, and troubleshooting of SCCM Co-Management with Intune.\nAssist in planning, reviewing, and troubleshooting Software Updates features.\nAssist in planning, reviewing, and troubleshooting Task Sequences for operating system deployment and upgrades.\nProvide customer training across SCCM/MECM capabilities to support adoption, knowledge transfer, and customer success.\nPresent technical recommendations, assessments, findings, and solutions to multiple levels of customer leadership.\nAct as a consultant and architect across multiple customer environments, balancing technical depth with customer-focused communication.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.\n10+ years of experience as a deep technical expert, technology owner, or consultant for MECM/SCCM.\nDeep expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, System Center Configuration Manager, and Intune.\nAbility to consult with customers, assess complex environments, and recommend practical infrastructure improvements.\nAbility to present clearly and confidently to technical teams, stakeholders, and customer leadership.\nBroad knowledge across multiple endpoint management and infrastructure scenarios, with deep expertise in at least three of the following: Windows desktop/server management using MECM/SCCMSQL Server,\nActive Directory,\ncertificates, IIS, DNS/networking, and security\nPackage and application creation\nDesktop operating system upgrades using multiple approaches\nIntune and Co-Management\nSSRS reporting and/or Power BIPowerShell scripting\n\nBroad knowledge of MECM capabilities, with deep understanding of at least four of the following:Infrastructure design, deployment, upgrades, maintenance, health, tuning, and troubleshooting\nWindows desktop upgrades\nSoftware updates\nCompliance\nSoftware distribution\nSecurity\nIntune\nSQL Server\nReport development\nNetwork troubleshooting, including DNS Active Directory\n\nExperience with IIS and related infrastructure components.\nHands-on
