This role is focused on delivering stable, secure, and high-performing on-premises environments that support critical business applications. The role includes participation in an on-call rotation to support timely response and resolution for critical infrastructure incidents.\nResponsibilities\nAdminister Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 environments in enterprise datacenters.\nManage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, PKI, IIS, and File & Print Services.\nMaintain and troubleshoot Hyper-V and VMware vSphere/ESXi environments, including clusters, hosts, virtual machines, vCenter, HA, DRS, and vMotion.\nSupport SAN/NAS storage platforms, including provisioning, replication, and performance optimization.\nPartner with backup teams on restore validation, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities.\nMonitor, patch, harden, and tune servers, virtual machines, and storage systems.\nProvide 3rd-level support for complex infrastructure incidents and service-impacting issues.\nMaintain technical documentation, SOPs, configuration baselines, and operational standards.\nComplete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided.\nConduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with your direct manager and/or direct reports.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n3+ years of hands-on experience managing Windows Server environments in enterprise or datacenter settings.\nStrong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, PKI, IIS, and core Windows Server roles.\n3+ years of virtualization administration experience with Hyper-V and/or VMware vSphere/ESXi in multi-host or multi-cluster environments.\nExperience with enterprise storage such as IBM FlashSystem, Dell PowerStore, NetApp, SAN/NAS, iSCSI, NFS, and SMB.\nSolid understanding of backup/restore, disaster recovery, patching, monitoring, and performance tuning.\nPowerShell scripting experience for automation and operational efficiency.\nFamiliarity with security hardening and compliance frameworks such as ISO, NIST, or CIS preferred.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.\nAbility to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to critical infrastructure needs outside standard business hours, as required.\nVMware, Microsoft, or Hyper-V certifications preferred.\nEnglish and Turkish language proficiency required.\n#LI-Hybrid\nLocation:\nTUR -
