You will define and drive product strategy for two platform products, shaping roadmaps across identity, data management, and shared services. This role is ideal for a pragmatic, collaborative product professional who can translate complex platform needs into clear priorities and meaningful business outcomes.\nResponsibilities\nDefine and drive product strategy for two platform products within the identity, data management, and shared services ecosystem.\nOwn and evolve the product roadmap and backlog for IAM, data management, and shared services products.\nDefine, refine, and prioritize product requirements in partnership with design and engineering teams.\nCollaborate with development teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable platform capabilities.\nSupport alignment across products and domains on APIs, data standards, shared tools, and platform practices.\nAdvance data governance and internal analytics within the platform ecosystem.\nTranslate complex technical concepts into clear priorities, user stories, product decisions, and stakeholder communications.\nPartner with global, cross-functional stakeholders to drive outcomes, remove ambiguity, and enable continuous improvement.\nQualifications\n4-7+ years of product management experience, ideally in a mid- to senior-level product role.\nSolid understanding of platform or data products.\nExperience with CIAM, APIs, or data pipelines is a strong plus.\nComfortable working with APIs, data models, and cloud-based architectures.\nProficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to simplify complexity and communicate clearly.\nExperience collaborating with global, cross-functional teams including engineering, design, product, and business stakeholders.\nCuriosity, pragmatism, and a bias for action.\nAbility to balance strategic roadmap planning with hands-on backlog ownership and delivery execution\nLocation:\nROU Cluj -
