In this role, you will guide agile teams, manage matrixed development environments, use data to drive decisions, and ensure projects move from inception through execution with clarity, alignment, and momentum.\nThis is an ideal opportunity for a strong, collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates confidently from working-team level to executive leadership, and brings structure, focus, and accountability to high-performing teams.\nResponsibilities\nLead complex projects and initiatives across multiple teams, workstreams, stakeholders, and business priorities.\nManage agile delivery teams using scaled agile practices, including PI Planning, dependency coordination, team alignment, and delivery tracking.\nBreak down projects into clear plans, milestones, deliverables, ownership models, and execution paths.\nUse Jira reporting, metrics, and team health indicators to assess progress, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions.\nCoordinate matrixed development teams to ensure priorities, risks, dependencies, and timelines are clearly understood and actively managed.\nPartner with third-party vendors and external stakeholders to support project delivery, launch readiness, and execution success.\nProactively identify, mitigate, and escalate risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies to keep projects on track.\nSupport team formation, onboarding, and ramp-up of new team members to accelerate productivity and alignment.\nFacilitate clear and consistent communication across all stakeholder levels, from delivery teams to executive leadership.\nDrive project launches by coordinating readiness activities, cross-functional alignment, execution planning, and post-launch follow-through.\nFoster a high-performing team environment built on collaboration, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.\nComplete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided.\nConduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with your direct manager and/or direct reports.\nQualifications\n7 to 15 years of experience as Project Manager leading complex technology, software, development, or transformation initiatives.\nStrong experience running agile teams and managing delivery in matrixed team environments.\nSolid understanding of scaled agile practices, including PI Planning and cross-team dependency management.\nExperience using Jira reporting, dashboards, metrics, and delivery data to evaluate team health, track progress, and support decision-making.\nDemonstrated ability to break down large initiatives into manageable plans, deliverables, milestones, and execution steps.\nStrong risk management skills, including the ability to identify, mitigate, escalate, and communicate risks effectively.\nExperience working with third-party partners, vendors, or external delivery teams.\nAbility to communicate clearly and confidently with technical teams, business stakeholders, senior leaders, and executive audiences.\nStrong leadership, collaboration, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to ramp up new team members, build team alignment, and support high-performing delivery cultures.\nComfortable operating in fast-moving environments with competing priorities and evolving business needs.\nThe base salary for this position is $92,250 to $94,538 plus, incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
