This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, Agile program leadership, and stakeholder management to coordinate multiple cross-functional teams and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.\nThe ideal candidate has a solid background in software engineering, Agile delivery, product execution, and enterprise-scale program management. You will serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, engineering, architecture, and leadership teams, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into measurable outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nDelivery & Program Management\nLead multiple Agile teams and delivery streams simultaneously.\nDrive end-to-end program execution from planning through deployment and post-release support.\nEstablish project roadmaps, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and delivery plans.\nProactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and blockers.\nProvide executive-level reporting, delivery metrics, and status updates.\nEnsure alignment across product, engineering, architecture, QA, and business teams.\nProduct Management & Business Alignment\nPartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define priorities.\nTranslate business objectives into actionable product and technical roadmaps.\nFacilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, release planning, and stakeholder reviews.\nBalance competing priorities and maintain focus on business outcomes.\nChampion Agile best practices and continuous process improvement.\nTechnical Leadership\nCollaborate closely with engineering teams, architects, and technical leaders.\nUnderstand system architecture, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and technical dependencies.\nDrive adherence to SDLC best practices and modern software delivery frameworks.\nSupport solution design discussions and guide technical decision-making.\nAct as a trusted advisor to both business and technical stakeholders.\nAgile Delivery & Jira Governance\nLead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and release readiness reviews.\nManage Jira workflows, dashboards, reporting, and delivery metrics.\nMonitor team capacity, velocity, dependencies, and delivery health.\nUse data-driven insights to improve predictability, efficiency, and delivery performance.\nAI-Driven Productivity & Innovation\nLeverage AI-enabled tools to enhance project planning, documentation, reporting, and team productivity.\nUtilize platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Jira AI, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline delivery processes through automation and AI-assisted workflows.\nDrive adoption of innovative practices that improve delivery quality and speed.\nRequired Qualifications\n10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Delivery Management, Product Management, or related leadership roles.\nStrong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SDLC, and enterprise software delivery practices.\nProven experience managing large-scale, complex technology programs.\nExceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.\nExperience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.\nDemonstrated success delivering software products and enterprise technology solutions.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience within Telecommunications, Wireless, Enterprise Technology, or Digital Transformation environments.\nExperience leading distributed onshore and offshore teams.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nExperience with APIs, microservices, system integrations, and modern architecture patterns.\nPMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or related certifications.\nThe base salary for this position is $92,250 to $140,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
