And we’re proud to be recognized with awards such as \"World's Best Workplaces,\" “Best Companies for Career Growth,” and “Best Company Culture,” year after year.\nJoin us and be part of this journey towards greater opportunities and brighter futures.\n3-6 years of professional experience building production systems in Rust.\nExpert knowledge of core Rust concepts: ownership/borrowing, lifetimes, traits, and async programming (Tokio or async-std).\nMust have 2+ years of experience with a web framework such as Actix-web, Axum, or Rocket.\nKnowledge of building and consuming REST and gRPC services.\nExperience with WebAssembly (Wasm) is a plus.\nRelational and/or embedded databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite (via Diesel or SQLx).\nGit & Git workflows (GitFlow, trunk-based development).\nDocker and Kubernetes basics.\nCI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI).\nCreative, independent, self-motivated, and willing to learn new technology.\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, especially around memory safety and concurrency issues.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nStrong understanding of systems-level design patterns and performance optimization.\nExposure to Agile/Scrum, TDD, and CI tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket, etc.\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related engineering field.\nLocation:\nIND Hyderabad -
