The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\nEssential Functions/Core Responsibilities:\nStrategic Sourcing: Conduct industry benchmarking and identify and pursue supplier performance optimisation and cost reduction opportunities across corporate-wide commodity categories.\nRFx Management: Develop and manage the RFx process for procurement projects, including supplier evaluation, contract term development, pricing, licensing, functionality assessments, and product/service acquisition.\nProcurement Analysis: Conduct detailed financial, functional, and opportunity assessments to support decision-making.\nProcess Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of procurement best practices across the Procure-to-Pay process, including order management, vendor management, supplier contracting.\nSupplier Development & Management: Identify and implement supplier process improvement initiatives, while managing key supplier relationships to enhance value delivery and minimise product and service costs aligned with business objectives.\nBusiness Collaboration: Collaborate across departments to promote procurement best practices and methodologies throughout the organisation.\nSkills:\nAdvanced negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.\nAbility to interpret and negotiate basic to complex terms and conditions.\nDemonstrated expertise in organising and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nMicrosoft Office applications and AI adoption.\nProven ability to present information effectively to internal and external stakeholders.\nCandidate Profile:\n3-5 years’ experience in procurement or related highly competitive environment is a must. \nProficient in English is a minimum requirement; multi-lingual preferred.\nExperience in customer experience/BPO industry preferred.\nProven track record in supporting international sourcing projects across multiple countries within EMEA.\nStrong analytical skills.\nExperience within HR & Marketing is desirable.\nMust be able to travel to the local office when required.\nAttributes:\nSelf-starter with a sense of urgency;
