Java/J2EE, Payments Platform\nResponsibilities:\nLead the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture.\nCollaborate with business teams, architects, QA, DevOps, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nDevelop and maintain RESTful APIs, payment service integrations, and enterprise applications supporting Money platforms.\nDrive technical design discussions, code reviews, coding standards, and development best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.\nMentor and guide developers, providing technical leadership and support throughout the software development lifecycle.\nAnalyze and resolve complex production issues, performance bottlenecks, and system stability challenges.\nOptimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability for high-volume transaction processing systems.\nEnsure adherence to secure coding standards, API security practices, and compliance requirements.\nWork closely with QA and operations teams to support testing, deployments, and production releases.\nContribute to architecture decisions, technology roadmaps, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE application development, with at least 2+ years in a Lead role.\nStrong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, Microservices, and SQL.\nExperience in designing and developing enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems.\nStrong understanding of software design patterns, architecture principles, and secure coding practices.\nExperience with Oracle/PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and performance tuning.\nExposure to CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms is an advantage.\nExperience in Digital Payments, Mobile Wallets, FinTech, Banking, or Telecom Financial Services is highly preferred.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.\nAbility to lead technical discussions and drive delivery in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Domain Experience: Mobile Wallets, Payments, Remittance, Merchant Payments, QR Payments, Banking Integrations, eKYC, and Digital Financial Services.\nLocation:\nIND Bangalore -
