It serves as the intelligence layer that makes every interaction across iX Hello and iX Hero smarter, faster, and more profitable.\nYou will operate as a recognized product expert, accountable for translating commercial targets into a focused roadmap and ensuring every feature and improvement delivered moves the needle on adoption, retention, and revenue. You will work across Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to solve complex product problems and guide the team toward measurable outcomes.\nWhat You'll Own\nProduct Vision & Roadmap Execution\nDrive the product roadmap for Memory, translating strategic direction into a prioritized, outcome-focused plan \nDefine how identity resolution, Memory Cards, intent modeling, and action delivery function as a cohesive capability; not a point solution \nIdentify and develop new product concepts where limited precedent exists \nCommercial Contribution & Business Alignment\nContribute to revenue target setting and ensure the roadmap and delivered features are aligned to commercial goals \nPartner with Sales, Finance, and Product Marketing to inform pricing, packaging, and monetization discussions \nMake focused trade-off decisions across scope, cost, and timing to maximize product value \nTrust, Compliance & Enterprise Readiness\nEnsure iX Wisdom Memory meets enterprise-grade requirements \nBalance speed of innovation with responsible AI and risk management \nEnsure strong alignment with integrated products (e.g., iX Hello, iX Hero, Translate) \nCross-Functional Collaboration & Influence\nCollaborate and influence across Engineering, Architecture, Legal, Security, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success \nServe as a recognized subject matter expert for Memory and agentic intelligence within the organization and with clients \nTeam Development\nGuide and develop junior product team members, sharing expertise and raising the quality of product thinking \nCoordinate activities across team members on complex projects and new assignments \nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience & Background\nTypically requires: \nBachelor's degree with 8-12 years of related experience, or \nMaster's degree with 6+ years \nProven experience delivering complex, enterprise-grade SaaS or AI products with commercial awareness \nDemonstrated success driving roadmap execution and cross-functional delivery in ambiguous environments \nProduct & Domain Expertise\nAdvanced understanding of AI-powered systems, ideally including agentic AI, ML pipelines, real-time data processing, or customer data platforms\nComfortable developing solutions to complex problems with limited precedent \nFamiliarity with enterprise data infrastructure (streaming pipelines, event-driven architectures, multi-tenant platforms) is a plus \nLeadership & Influence\nStrong influencing and persuasion skills - able to align diverse stakeholders and adapt messaging to different audiences \nClear, concise communicator who can convey complex product and technical topics to business stakeholders \nRecognized as an expert and trusted advisor on complex matters within and beyond the immediate team \nWhy This Role Matters\nCommercial Impact: You directly contribute to revenue targets and ensure the product delivers against business goals \nPlatform Leverage: Memory is the intelligence engine powering the entire iX Suite.
