The role combines strong technical expertise in Power BI, SQL, Databricks, and semantic modelling with a solid understanding of business requirements and stakeholder needs.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to understand requirements, design scalable BI solutions, and deliver high-quality dashboards and analytical products. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining Power BI reports and semantic models, working with data in Databricks and SQL, and ensuring that data is accurate, well-structured, and fit for business use.\nStrong business analysis and stakeholder management skills are essential, as the role requires translating business questions into technical solutions and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience working with Jira and an understanding of Agile ways of working would also be expected.\nRole and key responsibilities:\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.\nDesign and maintain robust semantic models to support consistent and scalable reporting.\nWrite and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.\nWork with Databricks and modern data platforms to access and prepare data for BI solutions.\nGather, analyse, and translate business requirements into effective BI solutions.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and communicate technical concepts clearly.\nManage stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships across business and technical teams.\nEnsure data quality, consistency, performance, and usability of BI products.\nWork within Agile delivery processes, using Jira to manage requirements, tasks, and delivery.\nContribute to BI standards, best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement.\nKey skills & knowledge:\nStrong experience with Power BI and BI development.\nSolid understanding of semantic modelling, including dimensional modelling and data relationships.\nStrong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.\nExperience with Databricks or similar cloud/data platforms.\nGood business analysis skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.\nExperience working with Jira and Agile methodologies.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset.\nEducational Qualification:\nBachelor's Degree\nDisclaimer: -\n'Neither Concentrix nor any authorized 3rd party who assist with our recruitment process, ever ask candidates for ‘recruitment’, ‘processing’ or any other kind of fees in exchange for offer letters from Concentrix.
