Analyzes prospect and existing client businesses, provides benchmarks and best practices, delivers concrete recommendations on ways to optimize the business, and provides partnership proposals supported by business cases showing the cost benefit and value to clients and prospects. Responsible for all external-facing deliverables during the sales cycle.\nResponsibilities\nGathers and analyzes qualitative and quantitative data on an existing client or prospect’s company strategy\nConduct interviews with various stakeholders inside prospects and clients,\nConduct quantitative analyses on historical performance and opportunity data\nDevelop a presentation and/or report to effectively convey the findings\nPresent and defend the findings and recommendations to client and prospect stakeholders, again spanning multiple levels within the organization\nDevelops the internal solution, the pricing model, and a solid business case for the existing client or prospect that conveys the benefits of partnership with the client or prospect.\nContributes to sales meetings as a subject matter expert\nWorks cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure new engagements are set up for success in the sales cycle.\nResponsible for continuous internal process improvement:\nProvides feedback to internal teams as critical input in product roadmap\nContinuously improve tools and deliverables used in solution consulting\nMaintain cross functional communication and relationships to ensure more successful client experience\nQualifications\n2-4 years or more experience in an advanced experience center / Professional Business Services Solutions Provider, creative customer strategies, customer experience analytics and/or design practitioner role, solutions, consulting, or equivalent.\nBachelor’s degree in related field preferred\nExcellent written and verbal communications skills\nStrong business acumen; Strong design thinking\nEngaging executive presentation skills\nClient-facing experience\nLeading and closing projects on time\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
