In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and Agile delivery teams to translate complex needs into clear, actionable delivery objects that create measurable value.\nThis is a great opportunity for someone who is a strong communicator, comfortable working through ambiguity, and energized by product thinking, story refinement, technical documentation, triaging, and collaboration across business and engineering teams.\nResponsibilities\nAct as the Product Owner on digital experience projects, representing business priorities and customer needs throughout delivery.\nCapture, clarify, and document business and technical requirements, aligning workstreams, dependencies, and deliverables as appropriate.\nTranslate requirements into Agile delivery objects, including Epics, Features, Capabilities, and Stories.\nLeverage ATDD and BDD practices to help define clear acceptance criteria and support high-quality delivery.\nParticipate actively in refinement meetings as the business representative, collaborating with scrum teams to ensure work items meet the Definition of Ready.\nReview and accept delivery objects that meet the Definition of Done.\nPartner with delivery teams on lower-level design discussions, API requirements, integration needs, and technical documentation.\nApply a product mindset across adoption, measurement, performance, operations, integrations, value creation, and roadmap alignment.\nSupport triaging activities by helping assess issues, clarify expected behavior, review logs, and coordinate next steps with the appropriate teams.\nUse tools such as Splunk to review logs and support issue investigation where applicable.\nProvide relevant, timely, and concise status updates on progress, risks, blockers, and delivery outcomes.\nParticipate in and contribute to Agile ceremonies, including refinement, planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily collaboration as needed.\nBuild strong relationships with business, client-facing, technical, UX, and delivery stakeholders to support alignment and successful execution.\nQualifications\nDegree in user design, business, associated technical fields, or Agile SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner certification.\nDemonstrated understanding of Product Management processes, strategies, methods, and Product Owner responsibilities within Agile SAFe environments.\nExperience working in a user experience and product-driven environment.\nStrong knowledge of mobile, web, and marketing campaign technologies.\nMust have experience with REST API design and API-driven delivery.\nAbility to understand lower-level design concepts and collaborate effectively with technical teams.\nExperience with story refinement, backlog management, acceptance criteria, and Agile delivery practices.\nExperience creating or contributing to clear technical and product documentation.\nExperience with triaging issues and supporting investigation across business and technical teams.\nSplunk log review experience strongly preferred.\nOutstanding client-facing communication skills, with the ability to translate ambiguity into clear direction.\nTelecom domain experience is a strong plus.\nComfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities may evolve and collaboration is key.\nThe base salary for this position is $92,250 to $120,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
