receptive to feedback and coaching; voices concerns in a constructive manner.\nDemonstrates commitment to safety first; communicates safety concerns; promotes a safe work environment based on established safety standards and training.\nValid Driver’s License.\nAbility to travel overnight.\nFollows all Company policies and procedures\nCORE EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION\nAssociate degree orequivalent college or technical school; 2 years relevant experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n1+ years of experience in a similar/related field.\nExcellent communication and customer service skills.\nStrong organizational skills.\nAbility to work independently with little direct supervision.\nModerate levels of product knowledge, preferably obtained through hands-on experience.\nBasic mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system troubleshooting skills.\nMust possess a basic understanding of machines/milling/metrology.\nMust understand, and follow electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic schematics, and ladder logic.\nMust have the ability to use a variety of basic electrical testing / diagnostic equipment and have a basic understanding of AC and DC electrical theory, as well as the ability to use precision measuring instrumentation.\nCommunicates, interacts, and works effectively with others;
