The position is based at our headquarters in Morrisville, Vermont, with potential for some remote work.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nSocial media management and daily execution across customer-facing platforms\nOn-site content capture at key events, races, competitions, and activations\nManage community engagement and social listening\nProject management and coordination of digital campaigns and content calendars\nContent creation, including photography, video capture and editing\nManage photo / video shoots\nSupport current and future athlete sponsorship and ambassador initiatives\nLiaison management for external content creators and contractors\nCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, events, and B2B sales teams\nRequired Qualifications and Key Competencies\n2+ years of experience managing social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns\nExperience creating content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube\nBasic graphic design and video editing using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar.\nSkilled in content production, analytics and digital storytelling\nStrong organizational and project management skills\nExperience in fitness, endurance sports, rowing, training, or the broader exercise industry\nComfortable in customer-facing and community-facing environments, both in-person and on-screen\nAbility to travel and work at events approximately 25% of the time\nExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team\nMust be authorized to work in the U.S.A. now and in the future.
