Working closely with our ERP Lead, this position will support the daily operation and continued global implementation of our AbasERP system. Successful Concept2 employees combine self-sufficiency and personal accountability with strong teamwork skills.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nProvide functional and technical support for AbasERP users across global operations \nTroubleshoot system and business-process issues \nAssist with ERP configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and improvements \nSupport implementations, including requirements gathering, testing, data migration, training, and post-launch support \nPartner globally with teamsacross manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales, and customer service \nDevelop and maintainreports, documentation, procedures, and training materials \nSupport user access, permissions, master data, and data quality \nCoordinate with ERP vendors and outside technical partners as needed\nRequired Qualifications and Key Competencies\n3-5 years of experiencesupporting, administering, or implementing an ERP system \nExperience with AbasERP strongly preferred \nKnowledge of manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, supply chain, sales, or finance processes \nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills \nAbility to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical users \nAbility to work independently and collaborate across teams and locations \nExperience with integrationsand coding\nExperience with JAVA or Groovy is a plus\nAbility to travel occasionally \nCompensation for this position consists of a salary range of $70,000-$100,000, depending on experience, plus participation in a quarterly variable wage program that is based on company and employee performance, which adds significantly to total compensation.\nConcept2 has an informal office setting, flexible work schedule, and excellent benefits, including fully paid medical, dental, and vision premiums for employees and their families.
