Our highly certified experts build systems that drive efficiency, accelerate modernization, and ensure mission outcomes with certainty.\nWe offer competitive pay, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, paid life insurance, paid time off, 11 paid holidays, performance bonuses, tuition reimbursement, unlimited training, and the opportunity to thrive in a collaborative, flexible, and innovative environment.\nFor more information, visit www.conceptplus.com.\nAbout the role\nConcept Plus is seeking a Identity / IAM Engineer to design and implement unified identity, federation, and access-governance models across OCI, Exadata Cloud@Customer, and multi-cloud linkages to support client NetOps team.\nWhat you'll do\nDesign OCI identity domains, IAM policies, and role/compartment access models.\nImplement identity federation and single sign-on across OCI, ExaCC, and multi-cloud environments.\nSupport client NetOps in adopting unified identity, security, and governance models.\nDefine least-privilege policies and access-governance baselines as reusable templates.\nIntegrate IAM controls with Zero Trust access requirements.\nRequired Qualifications\nUS Citizen\nStrong OCI IAM and identity domain experience.\nIdentity federation / SSO experience (SAML, OIDC, SCIM).\nKnowledge of least-privilege and access-governance best practices.\nFamiliarity with Zero Trust identity patterns.\nExperience in regulated (FedRAMP/HIPAA) environments.\nMust satisfy client security requirements and obtain/maintain applicable client background investigation and clearance.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience federating OCI with enterprise IdPs (Entra ID, Okta, Ping).\nIAM automation via Terraform.\nPrior federal IAM experience.\n6+ years IAM/identity engineering with 2+ years on OCI identity domains.
