The Senior Lead Project Manager, Implementations ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, compliant with contractual obligations, and aligned with customer business objectives.\nThe Senior Lead Project Manager, Implementations owns implementation governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, project execution, and go-live readiness while partnering closely with Solution Consultants who own requirements, business rules, and solution design.\nHow You'll Make an Impact\nCustomer Engagement & Relationship Management\nServe as the primary customer-facing leader throughout implementation.\nEstablish trusted relationships with business, operational, compliance, and technical stakeholders.\nLead implementation kickoff meetings, governance reviews, executive steering meetings, and status updates.\nManage customer expectations regarding scope, timeline, dependencies, and deliverables.\nAct as the primary escalation point for implementation-related issues.\nProgram & Project Leadership\nDevelop and maintain detailed implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.\nDrive execution of customer onboarding projects from initiation through hypercare.\nCoordinate activities across Product, Engineering, Data Operations, Compliance, QA, and Customer Success teams.\nMonitor project health and proactively address risks, issues, and roadblocks.\nMaintain implementation governance standards and project management best practices.\nScope & Change Management\nEnsure implementations remain aligned to contractual scope and approved requirements.\nManage scope changes and facilitate formal change request processes.\nIdentify and mitigate scope creep risks.\nMaintain project assumptions, decisions, risks, issues, and dependency logs.\nProvide impact assessments for requested changes.\nVendor & Third-Party Coordination \nLead onboarding and coordination activities with specialty pharmacies, distributors, hubs, data providers, and other third-party partners.\nManage vendor timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and testing activities.\nFacilitate resolution of data acquisition and integration challenges.\nCoordinate vendor readiness for production deployment.\nTesting & Deployment Governance \nOversee implementation readiness and testing governance.\nCoordinate internal QA, system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nEnsure testing milestones and defect resolution targets are achieved.\nLead go-live readiness reviews and deployment planning activities.\nCoordinate production launch activities with customers and internal stakeholders.\nHypercare & Transition Management\nLead post-go-live stabilization activities.\nMonitor implementation success metrics and customer adoption.\nFacilitate transition to Customer Success and ongoing Operations teams.\nEnsure successful completion of implementation objectives and project closure activities.\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.\n10+ years of experience managing enterprise software, healthcare technology, data integration, or analytics implementations.\nIdeal candidate has 5 years in healthcare.\nExperience leading customer-facing projects involving multiple stakeholders and third-party vendors.\nStrong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.\nExcellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and executive engagement skills.\nExperience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare Data, Specialty Pharmacy, Hub Services, or Commercial Analytics environments.\nFamiliarity with healthcare data aggregation, patient services data, claims data, specialty pharmacy data, and related data ecosystems.\nPMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certification.\nExperience working in regulated healthcare environments.\nLearn More About ConcertAI\nOur team at ConcertAI is dedicated to transforming healthcare decision-making through the application of RWE and AI to improve patient outcomes.
