# QA Engineer

Concord Servicing is a technology-driven leader in loan administration, payment processing, portfolio analysis, reporting, and delinquency management with decades of industry expertise. As we launch Link-our groundbreaking new platform-we’re building a dedicated in-house QA team to ensure exceptional quality and reliability for our clients. From core platform features to seamless client migrations, our QA function is critical to our platform’s success. The QA Engineer is a hands-on technical role responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Concord’s Link platform. Reporting to the QA Manager, you’ll test core features and client-facing workflows, validate data integrity during migrations, design and maintain automated test suites (Playwright framework and regression testing), and collaborate with developers, implementation, and configuration teams to identify and resolve issues before they impact clients. This position plays a key role in delivering a seamless experience to our user base and is essential to Link’s successful adoption.
