Systems, or a related field.\n\n4–6 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or a similar role.\n\nConstruction industry / project-site experience is highly preferred.\n\nGood knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and basic networking.\n\nExperience with IT asset management and ticketing systems.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and support multiple project sites.\n\nWillingness to travel between construction sites when
