The engineer will play a key role in modernizing infrastructure architecture, improving development velocity, and ensuring system scalability and resilience as the company continues to grow rapidly.\nThis position offers the opportunity to make foundational technology decisions, implement infrastructure from the ground up, and contribute to both platform engineering and application development when needed.\nInfrastructure Architecture\nDefine and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure architecture from the ground up\nDesign cloud environments and provisioning strategies across development, staging, and production systems\nMake foundational decisions on on-prem system, cloud services, tooling ecosystems, and system architecture\nCI/CD & Developer Platform\nRebuild and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support rapid development and growing engineering teams\nStandardize build, test, release, and deployment workflows across projects\nImprove developer experience through automation and platform self-service capabilities\nIntegrate security gates into the pipelines\nInfrastructure as Code & Automation\nOwn and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) frameworks for environment provisioning and configuration management\nAutomate system setup, deployment processes, and operational workflows\nEnsure consistency, reproducibility, and scalability of infrastructure environments\nObservability & Reliability Engineering\nDesign and implement observability strategy including metrics, centralized logging, distributed tracing, and alerting\nEstablish system reliability standards including availability, performance, and capacity planning\nDevelop incident response processes, post-mortem practices, and system resilience improvements\nPlatform Scalability & Operations\nEstablish best practices for system scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery\nContinuously optimize infrastructure cost, performance, and operational efficiency\nManage containerized environments and orchestration platforms\nCross-functional Collaboration\nCollaborate closely with software engineers to improve system architecture and deployment strategies\nSupport development teams in troubleshooting performance and environment-related issues\nContribute as an application developer when needed to support product delivery\nContinuous Improvement & Innovation\nContinuously evaluate and adopt modern DevOps tools and practices\nRecommend improvements to processes, automation, and operational workflows\nDrive DevOps culture and engineering excellence across teams\n\n Technical Skills\n2–5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles\nHands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, etc.)\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)\nStrong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)\nExperience designing monitoring and observability systems (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)\nStrong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, Shell, or similar)\nExperience with Linux systems administration and networking fundamentals\nEngineering Practices\nUnderstanding of system reliability, scalability, and high-availability architectures\nExperience with incident response, root cause analysis, and operational excellence practices\nKnowledge of security best practices in cloud and infrastructure environments\nSoft Skills\nStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking\nAbility to work independently and take ownership of complex systems\nProactive mindset with strong sense of responsibility\nWorks in an organized and structured manner\nCan-do attitude with strong execution capability\nStrong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams\nNice to Have\nExperience building internal developer platforms\nExperience with microservices and distributed systems\nFamiliarity with GitOps workflows\nKnowledge of cost optimization in cloud environments\nExperience contributing to backend development (NodeJS, Python, Java, etc.)\n***Benefits:\nAnnual bonus: 2 -
