new equipment and devices\nContribute to documentation of incidents, internal processes and procedures, maintenance of equipment, and training manuals\nDiagnose, research, and resolve routine end-user issues in a timely mannerthrough established protocol and troubleshooting; escalate as necessary\nProvide guidance and explain policies and procedures to end-users\nAssistusers in obtaining access to systems\nConfigure, prepare, and ship laptops and other equipment for new hires and remote users\nBe available for on-call support for onsite IT issues as needed\nAssistin Corporate IT projects\nWhat You'll Need\nUnderstanding of Microsoft Products including Office365 and Active Directory\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Active Directory, Virtual Machines, and Resource
