This role is primarily responsible for coordinating and managing our internal process to get the deal across the line - working with cross-functional partners and managing systems to accelerate the sales process and improve our speed-to-market.\nThe role reports into Sales and will partner with Marketing, Operations, and additional cross-functional teams to ensure all steps of the sales process are completed in a timely manner. The role must understand the intricacies of our sales process, be able to identify when problems arise, and communicate critical updates to cross-functional teams. Digital media, sales, and/or marketing experience is a plus to help navigate the complex landscape of the campaigns that Condé Nast delivers.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nManaging cross-functional responsibilities for the sales process from pitch to campaign delivery, acting as a consistent voice across internal teams.\nEnsuring completion of all deliverables on time and in alignment with SLA’s; uncovering obstacles, avoiding delays, collaborating to provide solutions, and sharing timely updates to keep the team on track.\nIdentifying and escalating potential issues including production delays. \nOwning specific, critical steps in the sales process, including but not limited to:Own end-to-end campaign kick-off execution, including gathering asset and ad tags, and partnering with the digital team to align on specs, timelines, reporting, and launch readiness.\nSetting up supplied asset campaigns in our internal social advertising platform.\nSupport the Insertion Order (IO) process by facilitating communication between internal teams and clients, tracking feedback, and ensuring executed agreements are shared internally.\nProviding campaign screenshots to clients, assembling wrap reports.\nProvide ongoing organizational and execution support throughout the lifecycle of a campaign, including assistance with screenshots, reporting support, and wrap materials as needed.\nAnalyzing reporting data to give context to campaign performance and identifying key campaign takeaways based on metrics and KPIs. \n\nDesired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelors degree required\n2-3 years relevant professional experience, ideally in the media industry and/or in a project or account management role\nExperience with project management and creative problem-solving skills\nStrong interpersonal skills, able effectively work and communicate cross-functionally with various levels of the organization\nExcellent organizational skills providing the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities under tight timeframes\nAbility and desire to understand, navigate, and guide others through complex processes\nSelf-driven with ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment\nHigh energy and teamwork mentality is a must\nThe expected base salary range for this position is from $75,000-$85,000.
