We celebrate people for their personal qualities, skills and contributions, recognising the power our brands have to influence and shape culture.\nReporting to the Vice President, Compensation, the Compensation Manager will lead on all compensation related matters including job architecture, base salary, short term incentives, pay programs and related projects for the UK and European markets (France, Germany, Spain, Italy).\n\nWhat will you be doing?\nCreating and maintaining salary structures for the UK & Europe markets for the People Business Partner and TA teams to use for recruitment and promotion \nPartner with People Business Partners and TA on offers and bespoke benchmarking in exceptional cases and where new roles are added to the structure\nWorking with Legal and local market People teams, ensuring ongoing compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive\nOwning the UK Gender Pay Gap reporting and action planning, and leading on pay equity studies across our European markets\nPartner with the rest of the global compensation team on various compensation projects from planning and implementation to execution.
