This is a rare opportunity to help build foundational infrastructure that will shape how new therapies reach patients.\nThe Role\nAs a Staff Product Manager at Condor, you will own some of the most critical surfaces of the financial intelligence platform that enterprise biopharma teams rely on to run their operations and finance. This is a high-impact role at the center of how Condor translates complex domain reality into products customers trust to make decisions.\nYou will be responsible for defining product strategy and execution across major platform areas, from financial intelligence workflows to data-driven automation and AI-powered capabilities. Working closely with the VP of Product, you will help turn company-level strategy into clear product direction, while maintaining direct ownership of roadmap prioritization, problem definition, and delivery.\nThis role requires deep analytical thinking and strong execution. You will work day-to-day with engineering, design, customer success, and domain experts to build solutions in complex, data-heavy domains such as financial forecasting, accruals automation, and structured and unstructured data workflows. You will be expected to develop strong intuition for customer workflows, make hard tradeoffs, and ensure that what ships is both correct and usable in real-world enterprise environments.\nThis role is for a product leader who wants real ownership, close proximity to customers, and the opportunity to shape how a new category is defined.\nKey Responsibilities\nTranslate product strategy into actionable roadmaps and own major product areas end-to-end.\n\nEngage deeply with customers, services, and SMEs to gather insights, validate solutions, and ensure product decisions reflect real-world financial and clinical workflows.\n\nLead feature delivery from concept through UAT and release, ensuring high-quality, timely execution across sprints.\n\nDefine clear requirements, inc. high-quality user stories, manage the backlog, and drive consistent execution with engineering and design.\n\nDemonstrate strong capability in shaping and delivering AI-driven product functionality, e.g. workflow automation, model-assisted features, data intelligence, and predictive insights.\n\nAnalyze product usage data, define success metrics, and apply quantitative and qualitative insights to refine the roadmap.\n\nCollaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and smooth delivery.\n\nTriage bugs, customer issues, and operational gaps, driving efficient root-cause analysis with engineering and services.\n\nCommunicate product and release progress clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in B2B SaaS, ideally in finance, FP&A, clinical trial operations, analytics, or workflow automation.\n\nDemonstrated ability to own a product area independently - defining strategy, driving execution, and delivering measurable outcomes.\n\nStrong experience with AI-enabled product experiences, including leveraging LLMs, automation workflows, or data intelligence models to improve user outcomes.\n\nHigh proficiency working with structured data, financial logic, or operational workflows where precision is critical.\n\nAbility to partner effectively with engineering teams in highly iterative environments.\n\nOutstanding written and verbal communication skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in clinical trial finance, forecasting, FP&A, or regulated life sciences technology.\n\nExperience working in a Series A-C startup with rapid scale\n\nFamiliarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in clinical development and data handling.\n\nComfort working with or guiding implementation of AI-assisted workflows, data transformation logic, or model-governed features.\n\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation and meaningful equity participation\n\nComprehensive employee benefits, including 100% company-paid health, dental, vision, and life insurance\n\n401(k) plan with a 3% company match that vests immediately\n\nUnlimited PTO\n\nCondor is an equal opportunity employer.
