recent rebrand and design the work that brings Conduct to life, from the website and customer conferences to billboards, social media, and customer testimonial videos, as part of the marketing and comms team.\nIn practice:\nEvolve and steward Conduct’s visual identity across every format, building on the recent rebrand and keeping everything consistent through templates and an interactive brand book.\n\nPartner with the founders, marketing, and engineers on go-to-market creative, turning complex technology into clear, compelling visual stories.\n\nBuild scalable systems for product storytelling in imagery and motion.\n\nDesign hands-on, from the website and social media to billboards, booths, and customer conference environments.\n\nLead creative direction of photo, video, and 3D production, including customer testimonial videos.\n\nBrief and direct agencies, printers, and freelancers where we need extra capacity.\n\nWork as part of the broader marketing and comms team, responsive to and collaborative with every function on it: Public Relations, Socials, Community, Employer Brand and Internal Comms, Brand Strategy, Field Marketing, Owned Events, Product Marketing, Forward-Deployed Marketing, and Partnerships.\n\nBe highly responsive to the go-to-market team’s needs, and stay in close contact with our product designer so the brand and product feel like one has:\nA portfolio that shows exceptional taste, range, and a strong point of view.\n\nExperience building brand identity and design systems.\n\nExperience leading integrated design across digital, motion, print, and events.\n\nProven ideation: new concepts and directions, not just polished execution.\n\nComfort designing hands-on at speed in a fast-growing startup, with a high standard of excellence.\n\nIt’s a plus if you have:\nExperience directing agencies, contractors, and freelancers alongside in-house teams.\n\nA track record of operating independently and prioritising across many concurrent projects.\n\nExperience bringing clarity to complex, ambiguous projects.\n\nOngoing AI skill development and a demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve creative workflows.\n\nExperience designing cutting-edge brands that explain complex, advanced technology to enterprise and AI audiences.\n\nComfort working with engineers and founders, and genuine conviction
