Their time is one of the most valuable things we have, and you'll help to decide how it gets spent. One day that means getting a CEO to a customer in Germany. The next, it's prepping a board meeting or landing a candidate we've been chasing for months. Plans often change hourly and you'll help keep everything on track. You'll be our first EA, so you'll set the standard for how we support the founders. As we grow, the team around you might too, and you'll help shape how it works. Few roles give you this view of how a generational company gets built, and as we scale, your scope grows with us.\nIn practice:\nHelp run packed founder calendars and decide what they spend their time on\n\nSet up the meetings that move Conduct forward, with enterprise customers, investors and partners, and make sure everyone walks in prepared and walks out with next steps\n\nPlan global founder travel and fix it fast when things don’t go to plan\n\nLive in founder inboxes and threads, prioritising by what matters most to the business, handling what you can and flagging what you can’t\n\nWrite on the founders' behalf to customers, investors and partners, and get every detail right\n\nKeep board and investor meetings running smoothly, from scheduling to follow-ups\n\nHelp candidates have a great first experience of Conduct\n\nSpot what's slowing the team down and build the fix\n\nWHO WE HIRE\nYou're the person everyone goes to when something needs to get done properly. You're sharp, calm under pressure and good with people, and you'd rather be in the room where decisions happen than watching from the outside.
