investigates variances and follows up on outstanding items.\n\nSupports annual G&A budgeting and monthly budget-to-actual variance analysis.\n\nPrepares accurate, timely accounting reports, dashboards, presentations, and monthly submissions to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).\n\nLiaises with external auditors and provides schedules, documentation, and responses for financial, bank, and compliance audits.\n\nImproves accounting processes, streamlines workflows, and strengthens controls.\n\nMonitors accounting compliance and escalates exceptions.\n\nPerforms special projects, ad hoc financial analysis, and other assigned duties for senior management.\n\nComplies with company policies and standards.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree (BSc) in Accounting or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.\n\nAt least three (3) years of industry or public accounting experience, including month-end close.\n\nKnowledge of financial accounting, GL reconciliations, and financial statements;
